Jan Klusoň

Jan is an expert in human resources and corporate culture. He studied Multimedia in Economic Practice at the University of Economics in Prague and Marketing Communication at TBU in Zlín. During his studies, he became seriously ill and they found a brain tumor. He overcame the disease and decided to rearrange his life a bit. He started his career as a project manager of the career portal for UNIjobs.cz students. After a year at the head of UNIjobs.cz, he transformed the classic advertising job portal into a multimedia career showroom and created Proudly, which he co-founded at the age of 26, in the autumn of 2015. the Jungle. As CEO for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, he participates in the development of the brand not only in these markets, but also in other European countries. He lectures, writes and talks about everything related to work, Employer Branding and corporate culture.
