She serves as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, where she also completed her doctoral studies in Multimedia and Design in 2018.

Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous projects in both education and institutional development. She focuses primarily on teaching soft skills, communication, and teamwork. In her creative work, she focuses on marketing communication, particularly in the fields of culture and the visual arts.
