The Je to hlína ceramics studio is a creative space in Zlín focused on original handmade work with clay. Curious how everyday objects like mugs, bowls or vases are made? The studio works with simple forms and playful glazing, showing how traditional craft can take on a contemporary feel.
As part of the event, you’ll get to see a demonstration of wheel throwing, take a look behind the scenes of the making process and try shaping a simple ceramic object yourself.
The program is open to everyone, even if you’ve never worked with clay before.
