Eva Vázalová Gartnerová, PhD, is a researcher and educator at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín, where she has long been dedicated to audience engagement, accessibility, and inclusion in museums and cultural institutions. She is the author of a number of research projects focused on inclusive design and communication in culture, including the Museums Without Barriers project, which examines the experiences of visitors with specific learning disabilities. She was a Fulbright Scholar in the U.S. and has completed research stays in Australia, Poland, and at the University of Vienna as part of the ARTIS Lab. In addition to her academic work, she collaborates with museums, galleries, and cultural organizations to develop tools that help create a more open and accessible cultural environment for diverse audiences.
