Chrystalis Recidiva

Dorota draws on both personal and social themes in her work and explores the contrast between delicacy and disruption. She draws inspiration from the Czech-Slovak environment, its history, and its present.

The Chrystalis Recidiva collection oscillates between lightness and disintegration. It revisits designs that were previously set aside and reincorporates them into a new form. It is also a declaration of her relationship to her own work. She works with motifs of love and pain, demonstrating that even what has fallen apart can regain its shape and continue to crystallize.
