From 10 December 2020 to 31 January 2021, all design fans had the opportunity to visit a somewhat non-traditional exhibition of the international Best in Design competition. For the first time, it took place in the Mozilla Hubs online space, and thus opened to visitors from both hemispheres and all time zones.
If you have visited the exhibition, you may know that you have viewed the 30 best-rated works – shown in 3D, consisting of 160 objects and almost 57 materials. There were 7 models and more than 50 posters on display, which were supplemented by the authors’ own annotations.
The virtual exhibition offered a mix of everything. Fashion designs, products, industrial designs, demonstrations of new technologies or, for example, the design of a universal language. And all of that was visited by 1143 of you!
We would like to thank you – especially for the creators themselves, the new talents of the design scene that you have supported. Our thanks also go to them, because without them this exhibition would not be possible, it was them who formed its main essence.
