Anne Aagaard
Service Designer
Anne is a Senior Service Designer in the City of Oslo, with a huge passion and enthusiasm for inclusive- and strategic design processes. She is currently working at the public library Deichman in Oslo, named the world's best library in 2021 (IFLA 2021). As a service designer Anne strongly believes in empowering her colleagues with the right tools, mindset and knowledge of human-centred design, and how to create value with inclusive design as a strategic tool. At the same time she is always searching new design initiatives to develop the services at Oslo public library. Anne has worked as a designer in public sector the last 15 years. Her former project in Oslo was the award winning new visual identity for the city of Oslo. Anne is a certified Design Leader from the Grow Design Leadership program, with a BA Degree in visual communication and illustration from Solent University, UK.
