Kristýna Mikolášková a Tereza Drobná

Kristýna Mikolášková and Tereza Drobná studied design together at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Kristýna subsequently graduated from UMPRUM in the K.O.V studio under the guidance of Prof. Eva Eisler and Tereza started working as a designer for Preciosa Lighting. Since 2021 they have been forming the design duo Mikolášková&Drobná. With their initial Scene Collection, which was presented at the international exhibition Designblok 2021, they received a nomination for the Designblok 2021 Awards in the category Best Installation by a Designer or Design Studio. The artists were also included in the Erste Premier Talent Display's Young Talent Selection. The collection also won the Best Installation award at Czech Design Week 2021, won the Media Award at the Best in Design competition and made it through to the finals.
