Pavel will talk about how he defeated the rational thinking of his parents, step by step, thanks to his motivation, and how he got from a small Czech village to the teams awarded by Oscars. He will also talk about how it feels to suddenly be in New York, with empty pockets and without any knowledge of English, and how it is possible that a number of coincidences leads you to the task to create Iron Man, turns your life upside down and moves you towards your dreams.
